Ken Brown, Executive Chef (Los Angeles)

Ken has spent the past several years developing City Kitchen’s culinary department into the nation’s only franchised catering company.

During his 20+ year career, Ken has studied with Jacques Pepin, Charles Palmer and Daniel Boulud. Moving to Los Angeles in the 90s, he led the kitchens of renowned chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken whose restaurants City and Border Grill were pioneering culinary forces for the Los Angeles dining scene. In addition to both restaurant and television work, Ken has cooked for numerous Hollywood celebrities and collaborated with Suzanne Somers on her cook book, Get Skinny on Fabulous Food. As one of his loyal Hollywood clients, Suzanne put it best when she said in her book, “Ken specializes in excellence!”

Michael Bergmans, Executive Chef (Scottsdale)

City Kitchen Executive Chef Michael Bergmans has a love for making fine food that started when he was 16 years old. He has a history of specialty menu and food preparation for an extensive audience including Cher, Bette Midler, Sara Brightman and he was the travelling chef for N'Sync of Justin Timberlake fame while they were touring. Locally he has worked for Arcadia Farms, Atlasta Catering and Events with Taste.

Mi Lee has been interested in food her entire life. Combining a love of cooking at home with strong interest in business development, Mi is excited to bring quality sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies and gourmet coffee to The Dimond Center.
