"I just wanted to let you know how absolutely impressed my husband and I were with the event at Grigio last night. I think the most amazing part is that you did all the initial setup upstairs and then moved it downstairs last minute but yet it all came out flawless and no one ever would have known that it was not exactly how you planned it unless you told us. What teamwork!

The food was AMAZING! The chicken lettuce wraps and the asparagus in phyllo were great and the salmon on the chips (how creative) were our hands-down favorite. What a combination of flavors - it was just so good! It was all my husband could talk about on the way home - how moist the salmon was and trying to guess the spice combinations. He can even be more critical than me at times (believe it or not) but you really WOWED him.

We also loved the winery that you had there and I think we are going to go there soon to make a batch of wine for Holiday gifts so that was a nice bonus."
